Edwin Diaz
Edwin is a Veteran of the US Marine Corps. He served in Operation Enduring Freedom in direct response to the terrorist attack of 9/11. After his service, Edwin built a 17 year career working for the largest investment banks in the world. With Edwin’s leadership, Helios has been positioning itself strategically in value add Retail & Industrial assets.
Edwin’s passionate about improving communities and helping people. In his off time, Edwin loves spending time with his wife and kids, traveling, working out, reading philosophy, gardening, and flying airplanes when time allows.
Rafael "Rafie" Rivera
Director of Dispositions
Rafie has 16 years of expertise in the hotel and hospitality sector and has grown passionate about helping people and offering top-notch customer service. Rafie has assisted hundreds of people avoid homelessness as an investor in multifamily buildings in low-income areas.
With his help, the company has been able to scale into the retail sector focusing his relationship skills and helping solve problems for our partners and clients. Rafie enjoys spending time with his family, motorcycling, taking photos, and traveling in his spare time.
Hazel Barriga
Marketing, Data, & Systems
Hazel, who has a passion for helping people, started her career at the age of 18 working for prestigious BPO firms. She finally rose to the position of Team Manager, managing teams of Team Leaders for five years, before switching to the real estate industry as a top executive assistant.
Hazel helps organize and manage the data, analytics and marketing for Helios. On her off time, Hazel enjoys playing video games on her phone, watching movies, and spending time with her kid and family. She like the film White Chicks and is extremely adept in Call of Duty Mobile.
Ceasar Reyes
Acquisitions Specialist
For over 10 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, in addition to being a firefighter on his off time, who is heavily involved in community service. His exceptional people skills allows us to effectively work with sellers across the country, listen to their concerns as well as help find solutions that can be customized for each company.
Ceasar is a kindhearted individual who enjoys assisting others. Dedicated to his family and the proud father of two boys. adventure travel and family time
Rhea Esmilla
Rhea previously worked with Brokers as an agent and team lead. Rhea brings over ten years of professional sales and customer service experience to the real estate sector. She aspires to give her clients a satisfying experience and thinks that success comes from perseverance.
Rhea enjoys unwinding with Netflix and classic music when she has free time, as well as going to the beach.
Jovaney Torrevillas
Junior Acquisitions Associate
Van provides great leadership and interpersonal abilities to the real estate sector. He has five years of customer service experience in top call centers and three years as a team manager.
Van is committed and tenacious in his career. He worked hard as a student for eight years while attending college and law school. Van is a professional dancer and choreographer on TikTok, and he also likes to travel and binge-watch Netflix in his leisure time.
